All Members

• Friend membership benefits, discounts, and gifts are valid for the named member only and are non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Event invitations are issued on a member +1 basis unless otherwise specified.
• Memberships are non-refundable once activated.
• Friend+1 membership is managed through the main contact; all physical gifts are sent to one address, while both members receive the newsletter separately.

Membership Duration and Renewal

• Memberships commence from the date of sign-up and run on a rolling annual basis.
• Memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled in advance.
• Upon renewal, members will receive a new printed gift for that membership year.
• If a membership lapses, the member will be contacted by the administration team and given the option to renew.
• Benefits remain inactive until the membership is renewed.

Discounts and Courses

• Course discounts apply to standard courses only, up to 6-week classes, and exclude masterclasses, specialist workshops, professional training, and externally facilitated programmes.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Only one discount may be applied per purchase.
• 10 specially selected works, offered at a reduced price, will be announced each quarter via the Friends newsletter.

Events

• All events are subject to capacity and availability.
• The organisation reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel events where necessary.

Prints and Editions

• Prints included as part of membership are selected from a designated curated selection.
• Where applicable, print selections must be made within a specified timeframe; otherwise, a print will be allocated by the studio.
• Prints are subject to availability and edition limits. In the event of unavailability, a comparable alternative will be offered.
• Prints are provided unframed unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery or collection arrangements will be specified at the time of issue; additional delivery costs may apply.
